You'll lead maintenance at a production plant: preventive planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement of equipment availability.
What you'll do
- Plan and carry out the plant's preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Lead the maintenance technicians and coordinate shifts.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose improvements to equipment and processes.
- Manage spare parts, suppliers, and the area's budget.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related.
- Experience leading maintenance teams in production environments.
- Knowledge of maintenance methodologies and industrial safety.
- Based in Monterrey or willing to relocate.
